No Feedback / Bad Quality of Food

On 16/11/2013 I purchased the Family Box Meal from KFC Bluff Road. The Rounder Burgers had a strip of chicken on with hardly any sauce - photo taken. I have spoken to two call centre personnel and not heard anything. Ref No: CAS-38983-D6T8R1. IF KFC have changed their portions for menus they should inform customers who can purchase something else. I would request a refund for the shocking food and non-customer service!!
