Regarding a complaint from 9Nov2012

This is regarding the complaint I have subitted last year November to do with the Steel Found in the Mash and Gravy my Fiance ate

Could the person responsible for responding to that complaint kindly contact my fiance directly as he was the one who ate the steel wool and I feel he should be the one you really should contact regarding this issue. The last time I have spoken to someone regarding this matter was December while I was in hospital. And My fiance told me that you had called him yet did not want to speak to him directly, and insisted on talking to me regardless of the fact that he has mentioned that I was in hospital at the time and that he is the one who the incident happened to and they should speak to him instead.
This is very upsetting and I am very disappointed with the way this complaint is being handled. I want this matter sorted out as soon as possible.
