Food uneatable

My name is Charlene, I went to Mc Donalds to buy myself something to eat so I bought a big mac burger, medium chips, 6 chicken Mc Nuggets and a Jalapeno sauce. The burger was fine but my problem is with the chips that was so hard I couldn't even eat it and as for the Jalapeno sauce it was not even sealed when took it out of the packet it was open I am very dissapointed with the service I got.
