Interogated and disrespected

Hello peter is an avenue to share a poor service experience. I expressed my dissatisfaction and shared my poor experience only to be contacted by Johnny at the store who accused me of putting his branch in a bad light. He found absolutely nothing wrong with being late and not showing up with a complete order. No appology... al I got was interogation under the pretense of trying to understand. Such sarcasm in his tone!! and then "these things happen its human nature". Johnnys standards of qaulity service is pathetic. I feel embarassed 4 him. I wil not accept this man calling me and adressing me in such a disrespectful manner. Is he speaking to me with such disregard because I'm not white enough. I'm dissapointed and saddened that such a reputable company would employ a man with no respect let alone for a female but for a customer. " Debonairs Customer Care thanks you for your interaction.
