Bad Attitude - Poor Service

I have been to Debonairs Pizza in Woodmead. They messed up my order after me giving them the instructions several times. All my instructions was on the slip but the Pizza was something different. When I called, the manage asked me to called back on Monday. When I called on Monday he was rude and didn't every care. He treated both me a my colleague very badly. I hope this matter gets taken care of because I would like to know how Debonairs select their management staff and the type of training they have in terms of customer services. The women the order was for was pregnant the site of the pizza made her throw up. This is seriously not on and more especially the bad service we received afterwards. Very, Very Disappointed.
