Terrible service and hard chicken

To whom it may concern,

This is my second complaint about the Meyersdal Nandos, the last time the manager Francis promised me that i will never have a problem again but low and behold it happened yesterday on my birthday of all days. I expected to have a nice dinner and i ordered telephonically and was told my order would be ready in 10 minutes. I get there in 15 minutes and the cooking area is clean and has no chicken on it, i then complain about the time wastage and i eventually get the food 35 mins later. Once again the packer did not put the required amount of butter for the number of rolls and i pointed this out the manager at the time, Stanley. I then went home to be greeted by really hard and tough to bite chicken and just gave up. I am disgusted at the service from this specific outlet considering they promised it will never happen again.
