AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE - FOLLOWED BY RAW MEAT

On November 20th 2013, I logged a complaint on your customer service website (Case Number: CAS-38766-W5P3S0) and I still have not heard back from you.
I went to the KFC in Canal Walk, the lady behind the till strugged to take my order as she didn't understand English. Eventually, she got it right - but couldn't print a slip. She asked her manager to print the slip at an alternative til. He (the manager) messed up and the amount didn't come up to what I'd paid. Then they went into a shouting match between them (while I'm in the store with my lunch time slipping away). Eventually, I shouted that they just give me my change so that I may get back to the office. I get to work, frustrated only to find that my wings were under-done. The chicken was practically bleeding. I took pictures of the horrendous chicken and attached them to the email that I sent KFC on 20.11.2013. I did not have the energy to go back to the store after all the drama that had ensued that afternoon. Serving customers raw chicken is a health hazard, and I am highly disappointed that KFC hasn't bothered to contact me AT ALL in the 2 weeks slince I sent my complaint.
