Shocking service again

After still getting no joy from my complaint against the manager at this branch who treated me like the guilty party when she failed to assist me when the toilet door in this branch broke. I was told she was to be disciplined but no one would tell me how and just closed the investigation. I went back to the drive through and after ordering a big mc meal and a mc double burger they said they were out of small buns so I asked them to make it a big mc and when I got to collect my food it was just one plain big mc and they had neglected to place my mc meal order aswell after even asking me what I wanted to drink. They then said the person taking my order must not have heard and they direced me to park and wait which I couldn't do as I was in a metered taxi. When I told them this they could care less and I got upset and referred to my previous bad service there. This branchs service is disgusting. So tired of getting the same rubbish experience every time. Mc donalds have made me very angry on 2 occasions now and I still do not feel that the previous incident is resolved. I will actively discourage people I know from going to this branch.
