Bad service and late food

We went to Illinois Spur Hatfield on Monday 25 Nov 2013 for the Unreal breakfast. Everything was fine but the waiter told us that the butter is out of stock and could only give us margarine. We went again on Wed 27 Nov 2013 for breakfast. The food took around 40 minutes, we asked for some tea but the mugs were dirty, and she only brought us canderel for our tea, we had to ask for some white and brown sugar. When the breakfast arrived, they told us they have no butter or margarine. They have known they were out of stock since Monday but didn't do anything about it, very poor indeed.
