Stale disgusting Chips

This afternoon around lunch time 1/2pm i purchased a Hero Roll and chips wiht two coned Ice creams take away at the Bluff Towers Durban. I sat at the steers and had my ice cream shortly i had my hero roll and when i finished i discovered the chips they had given me were old burnt and stale so i took them back to the teller who gave them to her manager a Black lady on duty anme starting with an M- Mandy/ Mandisa and she and and the Indian man dressed as managers came to advise me they would not change these chips as 20min had lapsed and that is the condition the chips turn into after 20min. I find this appauling and deeply problematic that this was the attitude i received.

It is a disgrace.
