Injuries & horrible service

We went to Spur to support my sons school fund raising, thinking that it would be for a good cause. Little did we know that this trip would cost us medical bills aswell. My son (9) was playing in the kiddies area and got cut on one of the play sets by a sharp piece of metal. He got 4 stitches on his leg. All the manager would say is that hes meal is free!!! Seriously... a R30 bill Vs. Doctors bills and a little boy in pain. Non the less, my son begged to go back as he wanted to attend the function. We took him back, but the service was horrible! We only saw our waitress once when we ordered. We only got some of the order and the coke etc. Was warm and flat. We had to get up and go to the bar ourselves as the waiters were to busy kissing and hugging to pay attention. When we wanted to leave, they couldn't even bother to bring the bill! The manager (Andre) came to ring everything up, and then madea mistake. He then said that he would be right back, but never bothered to come back.
