Dont clean the decor whilst people are eating!!!

On Thursday, my partner and I had decided to stop at Spur for breakfast. Even though the store was quiet, the staff had decided to dust the decor whilst we were eating, near where we were sitting, dust was flying all over but they didnt care, they had their feather dusters, rags and cleaning liquid lying all over the place.
To make matters worse, i ordered a bottomless filter coffee but the waiter was never bothered in asking me if i needed a refill as I hardly saw him around!
Lastly, a manager decided to help herself and pour juice for the machines and drink it where customers can see her, i really hope that she is paying for this!
Come on Spur, clean up when there's no customers around! Whether its one customer or a full house, you should treat all equally.
