No place for a work lunch

We have tried spending lunch breaks here a couple of times. The restaurant is always almost empty but the food takes forever! Today we waited 45 min for ONE plate. We couldnt ask anyone about it because staff would see us waving and turn and look away. We had to wolf down our food and scramble out the door to make it back to work in time.

On a more national note, Mugg and Bean's menu seems to change almost monthly and the prices just go up. You are alienating your existing customers by making the food so pricey. For example, the "OTG" breakfast is smaller than Spur's offering but R10 more expensive and theirs arrives quickly and done perfectly.
