Extremely poor service

We placed an order with Debonairs Edenvale today just after 9 for 1'o clock. It is now 13:40 and we still have had no delivery. After phoning your store and waiting on the line for 5 minutes before they could tell me that my order is on its way I'm absolutely disgusted with your service. Is it impossible to dispatch the driver on time to ensure that we have our order on time? I was told that the driver has been gone for a very long time. Why not have reliable staff? This all reflects badly on the Debonairs name and I don't think I'll order from you again. This is not the first time I've had this kind of poor service from a Debonairs as the one in Kempton park forgets to even make your order. I think you should consider training your staff so that mistakes like these don't happen as it's all too often the exact reason why franchises lose customers.
