Untruthful about pricing

I ordered a MacDonald's meal from Mr Delivery and attempted to add to the order (Eve) the operator said I could not do that, I questioned why and she put me through to Keith, the manager. When I double checked the pricing I realised I was being profusely overcharged, I contacted the operator and asked her to go through the pricing in detail. She said in was R24 delivery, R11 Admin fee and 10% of the overall price would be added to the bill however when I calculated it was still way off, she said then McD prices had gone up, I told her I just called McD and this was not true, she again put me through to Keith who wasn't too sure of himself either and then said that they charge extra for the meals as McD does not charge them the same as they do normal patrons, when I contacted MD the denied this, saying that they charge everyone the same (Seriously troubling). I was more frustrated as Keith was rude and put the phone down on me when I cancelled the order.
