So this past Friday (15 Nov), myself and two of my friends go to KFC and left utterly disappointed and shocked. We ordered chicken pieces, and specified which ones we wanted (as the popular takeout allows people to). Firstly the chicken piece that we had asked for was replaced by another due to a shortage in meat-this was done sneakingly so, without letting us know "hey look what you want is not available, but this is"-first thing that me off.
As i pointed this out to the cashier, she rudely snotted "the meat is out, you will now have to wait"-second thing that me off.
We then asked to speak to the manager to intervene-SHOCKER!!! manager (Jethro) pitches up, asks her how much our meals were and hands the money to us, and asks for our meals back.
He did not greet us, speak to us, ask us what is happening or propose a resolution-not so much as look at us-nothing! Instead we got a WE DONT NEED YOU MONEY attitude.
What the???
Is this the service that we deserve after so many years of supporting the franchise?
I want this matter seen to.
