Drive Thru is pathetic

This will be my second time complaining about the bad service at KFC drive thru Piet Retief!
The first time I complained I received almost immediate response from Hello Peter, and shortly thereafter an email from the Administrator of KFC telling me a KFC Customer Care Representative will contact me.
To this date no person has contacted me! I have a case number "Case Number: CAS-37752-N7W3W5 " and do not know what to do anymore?
Since them I have been there on two occasions and yet the same keeps on happening!
What must I do to get Drive Thru service???
