You want to eat without pay says the senior manage

At you reception area I booked a dinner and asked the cashier if I can pay once I leave as I was going to have a cool drink and I did not want to swipe me company's credit card twice, she then asked the greeter before you get to cashier, whom replied that would be fine.
I was seated and ordered a coke and had 1adult buffet and ordered one more coke. I was done and got up towards the cashier when the waitress Gloria asked me to pay at her. I did not really concentrate on her transaction as I was listening to the chatter going on at the entrance.. I signed my cc slip and left walking past the cashier and the greeter and said goodbye. As I walked out I was going to put the slips in my purse when I saw that the waitress processed only R31.00 on my credit card. I turned back and showed the cashier and greeter.
Everybody was confused as they did not understand, then the greeter Busi came to the rescue informing me she is the senior manager, I told her I am not happy since in the first place I asked only to process one transaction. Busi politely asked me so you want to eat without paying. Very rude, unprofessional, arrogant and extremely disrespectfull. I payed R115.00 for the dinne
