Poor food quality and service

Placed three orders for a birthday lunch
Sweet and Sour Chicken Pizza with extra avo
Med/Rare crumbed Beef with Baked Potato
Eishbein with chips & sour croute

Pizza without Sweet and Sour
Instead of crumbed Beef I received Surf and Turf meal with chips and then the waiter argued with me that it is a crumbed Beef meal? Really?! The manager had to point it out to him that he was wrong
Hubby's Eishbein was scorched black and placed upside down to hide it. He had pieces of chicken in the sour croute? Was this someone else's left overs? I can't remember sour croute having chicken in it.
Anyway it was so bad that he had to send the order back. When my crumbed Beef came it was a dark brown color. No med rare anywhere to be found

By now we were so embarrassed that we had to complain so much we asked for a doggy bag and left. Although you didn't charge me for two meals you have still ruined the birthday

Most of the tables were empty when we arrived and this should have been a sign... I suggest that you should rethink your chef or lose all your customers
