Waiting more than an hou

We have been waiting in que for 70min, what is the use of making KFC 24hours when the wait is so long, I would much rather have gone to our 24hours steers if I could get out of this line but we are trapped with no way out! Disgusting!!! Last time I ever come here! And when we eventually get to the line they inform us that they don't have lettice or buns to make our food??? Really almost an hour wait and we can't get the food that we want? KFC is going down hill! Very disgusted!!!
