Caesar Salad not up to scratch

I often get a salad or a wrap from Kauai. I travel a lot, and therefore frequent different branches. I had a salad at the Menlyn branch last week and was very happy with it. However had one from Galleria (Amanzimtoti) today and was less than pleased. The portion was very small - opened the box and it was not as full as at other branches. Brown specs on lettuce (poorly prepared - cleaned and cut), tasteless croutons. The chicken was ok. Compared to others, this was just so disappointing. Considering the ridiculous price we pay for salad, you'd think at least they would use the best quality ingredients and everything would be tip top. Will not purchase there again. Some of the other Kauais also leave much to be desired - should stop buying food there.
