Incompetence

It was on the 25th Oct around 20h00 i went to buy 2 happy meal, 1 big mag and 2 mac feast deluxe. itumeleng served the guy behind me without telling me the reason why, when i asked why he replied whatever you are thinking its fine, so i thought is the quantity of the purchase not customer focus. i believe money are the same and the time to Que i believed Mc donald has good service but i was wrong. itumeleng need to be customer focus and deliver good quality of service. i was really disappointed and i am not a happy customer.

i am reporting this matter for the 2nd time no one came back to me.
