Extremely Bad Service

Ok, i was so dissapointed by the service i received from Itumeleng @ MD'S in Maponya mall, the gentle man 1stly brought my order after waiting 20-25 min not th@ they were that busy he brought the orders th@ where after mine... told him im extremely disappointed in y are other ppl serviced 1st and he told me th@ i must do what ever that will make me happy, i honestly believe th@ it must be a 1st come 1st serve basis and i believe th@ he must be efficient, friendly and customer focused...
