Human hair in coffe

On Monday 11 November 2013 I bought coffee at KFC Kolonade Pretoria. What a surprise when I discovered the hair in the coffee when opening the lid to put sugar in. Surely I wont make use of KFC easily in future. Imagine you have to eat or drink anything from them again. Sies man. I contacted them but they only gave a reference no. They never contacted me
