Just a note of great appreciation on the amazing service from Claudia at the Fournos Bedfordview on Saturday, 09/11/2013. Wow! I'm in awe. She went beyond her duties. After patiently assisting us in finding the right cake with the best flavor, she offered to show us where we could find great birthday candles and deco since she didn't have anyone to decorate our cake at the time. This lovely woman walked us to the cashier, waited for us in a warm smile while we pay and kindly walked us to the party deco store which was not nearby. She could have just given us directions but she didn't, she went BEYOND.

I'm moved by the love she has for her work and customers.
