Half the bun missing and hair in burge

On the 1st November 2013, myself and a friend went to the McDonalds up the road from the NG kerk. I ordered a Mc Royale and a Mc Feast take away (around 6:35pm). When I took it out, and with an intention to enjoy, I realised that the bottom half of the burger (the bun) was missing. I was horrified that I had been short changed. My friend also discovered a piece of hair in his burger. I am most disappointed in the quality of the food and question how this could have happened. Surely the staff should at least checked the food before it was packaged.

I am totally turned off by Mc Donalds and definitely hesitantant to go to that go back.
