BAD SERVICE

I Went to the shop ordered a twister and it took almost 30miutes to get my order, the following day i went for a streetwise 2 same thing worst thing i didnt even get my slip for the order.when i complained they told me its becauase i chose the pieces that i like so what?? ok next day i went for breakfast and when i get to the office its a wrong order and again i complained all i got is OK like really no sorry nothing... they must just improve their service or else close shop.thats just not on...
