Ruimsig Dros Food appalling

Please be advised that your Ruimsig Boulevard store is awful. On Saturday 2 November, at lunchtime (12:30), payday weekend with a really busy shopping centre - this Dros was empty!! (at 13:45 when we left it was still empty), and we soon understood why. I ordered a fillet (medium rare) with a Madagascan green pepper sauce and a baked potato. I got a rare RUMP with a BOILED potato and a sauce that had mushrooms, green peppers and black pepper mixed into it (last nights plate scrapings). The salad served on the plate was shredded and wilted. my partner had a mixed grill with a pepper sauce that was basically a white sauce with no flavour. when I asked our waiter for the manager - it took 15 minutes to find him, and he was dressed like the sous chef out of the kitchen (perhaps he was). I did NOT re-order. Not that the manager seem to care. Please note - I am NOT interested in vouchers, free meals or suchlike - please don't offer them to me. I hope your other stores are not in this state, but I will avoid them nonetheless. My money is hard earned and I am not interested in be ripped off.
