Don't offer a service if you can't provide it!!!

This is the second time in a week that I have been told that they cannot do deliveries & I frequently hear this refrain. I could phone Mr Delivery but why should I when Scooters offers a delivery service. I have now placed my order with Mr Delivery, but the food will be coming from Panarottis.
