Kicked out of my room at guest house

During my stay at the Kai Thai Rothbury Country Lodge in Broederstroom, Hartebeespoort dam area I was asked to leave my room before the end of my stay. According to the booking instructions I could check in at 5:00pm and leave at 5:00pm the next day.

I booked in at about 5:00pm the afternoon and was asked to leave the next day just after lunch. The reason was that there was a double booking for "my" room. It was strange because there were only two guests at the time before the guests who came to stay in my room arrived.

When I checked out I was also over charged for my meal. On the country lodge's website, the meal was advertised as R150 for a 3 course Thai meal. When I paid I was charged R 180. 00. I mentioned this to the lady who helped me but she was not able to do anything about it because all the paper work was done from the main office.

I have written to the "no-name" person whom I did my booking with but she did not reply. I sent the e-mail again just in case she did not receive it - no reply.! I Then I wrote to the head office - no reply!
This is a real shame because I really enjoyed my spa treatment but the service left a bitter taste in my mouth.
