Continous BAD service/ always out of stock

We are very dissatisfied with the service we have received the last few months from Romans! We have been loyal customers to this franchise but have had enough! On more than one occasion they dont have stock of certain toppings like avocado, pineapple and the latest: no thick base pizzas in stock. Whenever we query the lack of stock, we're on the wrong end of bad attitude from staff and management. I can certainly say that we have had enough!
