Pathertic Service - Don't Care Attitude - Hygiene

My hubby and I are regular patrons at this restaurant. There has been some changes amongst staff in this restaurant. I do not understand why do staff behave the way they do. In a restaurant cleanliness and hugiene should be more prioritised than any other.

We genuinely order the garlic focacia with extra avos. and have the crumbed mushrooms ordered from the Spur next door.
We really enjoy this combo together with the crushed chillies and garlic and the finely grated mozzarella
In our last 2 visits to this restaurant we found this restauant seems to be going downhill since the last Manager Chris left. The avos requested on the focacia is sliced into mean thin slcies but is what we have to pay for. Management has to look into this. They do not keep the Lava Sauce any longer so the Manager had to borrow a quarter bottle from another store. Waitresses touch their face&hairand bite their nails.
Absolutely, very unprofessional and goes to show there is no organisational skills and poor Management.
Head Office needs to look into this as this is a store in one of Dbn's biggest shopping malls. We kindly await a response from their Head Office with lacking service and efficiency.
