Waiting for 1HOUR30min for my food

We called the service provider & ordered a Chicken Filla. this was on our way out to lunch. We left at 12:30 & got back at 13:30 to find no food/ delivery guy...

We then called to find out where our food was. only at 14:00 did we get our food.

Must we starve to death before we get our food?
