Prep in the kitchen

The kitchen staff who prepare the steaks, burgers and probably all meals at the work station by the flame grillers use the counter above it as their work station too which I'm actually happy about as I saw the unhygienic way the staff prepare the plate. They garnish the plates with the usual salad and then on the counter they place each plate on top of each other touching, pressing and making the good uneatable as I don't know how clean the plates are that have been placed on top of each other for space are. I was really appalled with the way the plates are prepared. It is truly disgusting that they expect to keep their customers. I then took it up with the manager on duty who didn't do much about my complaint and still let the kitchen staff prepare the plates in the same way. I don't understand why there is such a lack of interest. If this happens at this branch is this what happens at every other branch too? If this unhygienic preparation occurs if full view of the customers what happens to my food in the kitchen. I can't begin to imagine how unhygienic it must be there.
