Seated for 20mins and no one took my orde

I was seated for 20 minutes, and no one took my order. the person that sat me down told me my waiter will come and no one did. I was forced to leave, because if they cant even attend to me, and the restaurant had most probably 4 table occupied, then i will never get my food.
