Earlier tonight we ordered scone and coffee at the branch. In arrival seats were offered and we eventually ordered at the counter when ony then seats were offered. After 15 minutes in a nearly empty restaurant we still had no coffee or scones with the waiters happily chatting away!
We decided to leave and the hostess (i think) even thanked us and said she hoped we enjoyed our meal!
The worst service ever! Unacceptable especially in a restaurant that wasnt even full and at least 6 waiyers just standing around.
