Ripped off

I stopped by King Pie in Centurion Mall on Thursday evening, 24 October between 18.00 and 18.30. After getting my order, the lady swiped my card and then said the card machine is faulty. I gave the 2 pies and the cooldrink back as I didnt have any money on me. I now see that the R43.70 has gone off my account. Did I now pay for her dinner? How many other people were ripped off too? Guess you wont know as your stock will balance with your till and the amounts are small enough that not many people will check their statements.

I would like my money back please and I also suggest you investigate the staff at the kiosk.
