System Offline? But still takes my money!

Yesterday morning (3 March 2013 10:30) I went to CNA in Centurion Mall to pay my edgars account, after standing in a Queue for a long time I got to the cashier to pay my account, my full amount to pay was R1199.65 so I said I want to pay it all, so I gave my bank card and after a while the CNA slip came out to say card declined or something like that, BUT the actual bank card machine said approved and took the money, so the lady said it will be reversed within 24 hours, it's MORE than that and still no money. So now I must pay banking fees for that "Failed" transaction, you are quick taking my money but when you need to give it back it's maybe within 24 hours. Either my account gets settled or I get my money back and you settle it for me! you guys are, I have all the proof that it was deducted and not paid back. FIX THIS NOW!!! I wonder how many people have been caught like this... I think an investigation/audit is needed.
