Spoilt And Blended Food Poor Service

I went in with my family today at around 1pm, when asked what was on the buffet, we were advised by the Indian manageress to look at the food and decide, when my wife saw that there was mutton breyani, she decided to stay and have lunch. When dishing out the Mutton breyani, the rice was soggie and slime, I brought this to the manageress attention that the rice was spoilt, she then brought in the chef and they both insisted the rice was fresh, were as there were a lot of other customers that agreed the rice was spoilt. The dishes and cutlery from the table was not cleared, it was only cleared when brought to the manageress attention, the service and quality of food was absolutely poor, I have photos to prove this, the attitude of the manageress was that of no care, as I'm sure these are complaints she receives on a frequent basis and have learnt how to ignore them. All I can say is that poor staff is a product of poor management, and would not be eating there anymore, there should be health inspectors doing frequent inspections as the foods are definitely being blended and is a health risk, this place should be shut down.
