22h30 - 23/08 - myself and a friend went to KFC. We buy KFC 6-8 times a month.
Served by a slim coloured lady (did not get her name)
We were deciding on what we wanted to order, and deciding between a Streetwise 5, and a Barrel. We decided on the barrel, & large Coleslaw & large Chips, and ordered this. She produced the barrel within seconds. We thought this to be VERY good service, and waited for the rest. When we wanted to pay, she gave us an amount of about R 22. We queried this. She gave the barrel to a customer behind us - without giving us attention.
She had rung up something, without any of our other orders - and then said we would have to wait 20 minutes for more chicken. This was said VERY rudely.
1. She didn't listen to our order - getting it completely wrong!!
2. She was rude and unproffesional!!
3. I cannot BELIEVE that KFC would expect a cIient to wait 20 minutes for an order?
This was reported on KFC website 24/08. No feedback until 11/10.
Phone call from Jessica 21/10 - supposed to phone back.
I phoned back twice - spoke to Desire' 24/10 - Jessica to phone back 08h00 25/10. Still waiting.
2 Months for a complaint - and still not resolved? VERY unhappy
