Feathers still on the chicken

I found feathers on the chicken portions in a KFC meal. What does KFC do to protect customers against this? This kind of neglect to attention and to my health is unacceptable. I have taken pictures of this chicken and will be sending it to our local news papers if you cannot explain yourselves soonest. i need to know what you will do in future to eradicate this kind of problem with the FOOD I bought from you. This is food that is made for human consumption and the more I think of what has happened the more I gets upset with your "brand" and the disregard you have for me as a customer.
