Seriously bad service from Steers Cape Gate

HI all, Do your self the favor and avoid going to or spending money at Steers Cape Gate. I went tonight to go and get some steers for m family. i go ahead and placed my order for everybody, but first they gave me two meals where i only ordered the burgers. when i told them they made a mistake i ordered the burgers only they came back and said they have rectified the issue. then when i got home after they have confirmed the food and everything. I opened the packets and noticed that 2 chips that i ordered was not in the packages. I then went ahead and phoned the customer care and gave them the details of my complaint. they contacted the shop and the shop said i said to cancel all chips. This was clearly not the case as i only said i ordered the burgers and not the meals. they are a bunch of that will your money and the customer care also have this we don't care attitude. This is not the first time that this has happened with me and i can put money on it that if i continue supporting them that it would not be the last. So if you want your money just thrown to some then please go and support them, but do the clever move and avoid them completely.
