Terrible Hygiene, miscellaneous specials

Personnel at our company have been loyal clients of LM in the East as from 2007. Our law firm is situated in the same building and lunch / function there on a very regular basis. Today we have once again (yes it is not the first time we complain about cockroaches) received food/drinks with cockroaches and they still charge us for food. They have a special on Brutal Fruit but informed us that the flavour we ordered is not on special? The management was extremely rude. Even the waiters confirmed that the place will not last very long. It is totally unacceptable to serve cockroaches and then have an extreme bad attitude towards clients about specials you advertise, which is actually not on special. I am totally disgusted. I don't know if it was the food or the ladies working at the front desk that was the most vile.
