Customer Complaint handled professionally

I overheard a lady complaining to the manager about someone laughing at her, this women was clearly unstable as she was shouting loudly and behaving unnecessarily rude and arrogantly. The manageress remained calm and apologised for the incident. She called the lady (also an employee) who had apparently upset the lady and explained to her that the customer was offended. After that everyone spoke and the result was that the customer left with a smile on her face. I was really impressed with the customer interaction and genuine care for concern as well as a professional attitude and execution. Overall I experienced great service and food and found my experience at McDonalds a great one.
