WITRESS SPILL 500ml BEER ON 78 YEAR OLD GRANDMA

Me and my wife was looking forward to treating my father on his 79th Birthday and Carvers Restaurant gladkly took our booking - Not that we had to book as we were the only customers in the Restaurant the whole night. 10 min into service the waitress spilled a whole 500ml Beer all over my mom. We had to grab all the napkins from all the tables in order to clean up and only after several requests was my Mom showed to the Ladies to try and clean up the mess. If it had not been for my elderly parents begging me not to take action and making a "scene" I would have been out of there. Suffice to say, the Manager was nowhere to be seen the whole night (was probably frolicking in the bar outside with the youngsters) and of course I had to pay for the replacement beer. Upon leaving i was told "This doesn't happen often". It was really a badly spoiled evening. Shame on you Management!!!
