TELLER TAKING INCORRECT AND I STILL HAD TO PAY FOR

Went into the store, I normally use the drive through, and i placed an order, which was surprisingly very quick, I mentioned to the clerk to take off the mayonnaise from my meal and substitute it with the spicy hot sauce, she understood this and even told the guys making the food, paid extra for the sauce and to my disappointment when i opened my meal at work, it was with mayonnaise and not the sauce i ordered and paid for.
