Ad reputation incomplete orde

Hi i bought a sharebox at macdonald town square weltevreden park yesterday 15/10/2013 at 18h15 all to find out when i reach home the order was incomplete then this morning i phoned the store to complain but unfortunately i spoke to the store by the name of Skhumbuzo he told me that he cant help me because i dont have a proof of purchase as i told him that the way i was so upset when i open the package of food in the evening i throw everything on the bin and now this people they making excuses about slip saying that no slip and the is nothing they can do please can some one call me to fix the whole thing as no one in that store careless and even when i open the package the burgers where upside down
