Promised but not delivered

I ordered a full chicken mild cut in four with extra sauce and the chicken was dry and I called the same day 27-01-2013 to complain and I spoke to the manager and he said he would bring someone to pick up the chicken and bring the correct one and I am still waiting . called the branch today 28-01-2013 and OI held for more than 15 minutes just to speak to him but he didnt come to the phone or return my call
