Bad Attitude and burnt chicken

It is strange that in this day and age there are individuals who sees customers as nuisance. I went to Nando's to buy wing wings, got to be told that their price has increased, cool appreciated that. Ordered, the aforementioned, issued with change and receipt (including number). Waited 12 minutes to be exact. Went to the orders dispenser or issuer person to establish why so, surprise!!! my order is there and no announcement thereof. Took the food home, ready to eat, the wings are burnt!!!
Took them back, upon my arrival, i informed the cashier that i want my refund, NO acknowledgment of the problem and NO APOLOGY!! just given my full refund left the establishment.

Incompetent and lazy employees drives me to nuts, please get rid of such, Nando's is a reputable and excellent establishment to be dented by such.
