Loyal customer for 2 years disappointed

My son is celebrating his 4 the birthday. Instead of a big party we wanted to treat our family and the few small kids to the papachinos atmosphere. Called to reserv a table and get told there is no garrentee of a table but yet every Friday that we support this place there is alway 5 to 6 tables reserved at this place. For the last 2 years we go there every Friday to treat my son and I rant about this place to all the people I meet. Now I will do the opposite and advise all the people that I know of the unaacomatdating place in midrand and to advise people to rather try the place in rand burg called the fat man and the chef. Ps we was willing to spend a reasonable amount of money off his birthday.
